TA1 industrial titanium bar use A1 grade titanium sponge and undergo three vacuum smelting processes. During flaw detection, we will conduct 100% flaw detection on TA1 industrial titanium bar, and no quality defects are allowed in the product. No defects are allowed in the surface inspection. Then, infrared diameter measurement is used to detect whether the size of the titanium rods is uniform. The measurement standard of the instrument is 0.005mm.
