Quality inspection requirements
1. Wires with a diameter of more than 3mm should be inspected at low magnification, and there should be no shrinkage, pores, delamination, cracks, metal or non-metallic impurities in the horizontal low magnification.
2. The surface of the wire is generally an acid-alkali washed surface. For straight wires not less than 2.0mm, a polished surface can be supplied when the customer requires and specifies it in the contract.
3. The surface of the wire should be clean, free of oxidation color, and should not have cracks, peeling, thorns, marks and impurities.
4. The surface of the wire is allowed to have slight local scratches, abrasions, spots and pits that do not exceed the allowable deviation of the wire diameter.
