Detailed introduction
GR5 titanium wire rod is mainly used in the annealed state, and can also be strengthened by solution aging treatment, but the hardened section is generally not more than 25mm. It has good process plasticity and superplasticity, suitable for various pressure forming, welding and various mechanical processing.
As an aviation grade titanium alloy. Due to its non-cold forming, GR5 titanium wire rod is more widely used without cold forming. Ti 6Al4V titanium alloy has excellent corrosion resistance, low density, high specific strength, good toughness and weldability.
