How to prevent the formation of sand holes in titanium flanges during casting:
1. The pouring system position and size are appropriate.
2. Reasonably select the mold opening angle and fillet. During batch production, the mold should be coated with a parting agent to avoid sticking to the mold.
3. Shorten the residence time of the titanium flange wet mold before pouring.
4. The sand falling in the mold must be cleaned before closing the box.
